The following conditions apply to the registration and ongoing maintenance of a dwg288 Account:

1. One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one dwg288 Account. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all Balances held therein.

6. Currency: All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in IDR. dwg288 does not accept foreign currency deposits or process withdrawals in any currency other than IDR.

8. 7. Company Discretion: dwg288 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such action does not retroactively disadvantage Members who have already met the qualifying conditions in good faith.

The following general rules govern all wagering activity on the dwg288 Platform:

• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any activity that constitutes a financial crime under applicable law.
• Accessing the Platform using automated bots, scripts, or any software tool designed to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.

Upon termination for cause, dwg288 reserves the right to withhold any Balance pending investigation. Where termination is not due to Member fault (e.g., voluntary Account closure), any legitimate Balance will be returned to the Member's registered payment method within ten (10) business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
